Following on from the sensational ‘A Day In The Life’ Beatles retrospective 1967 – 1970’ at The Enmore on May 28, CC Entertainment are proud to announce our most successful and longest running homage – “Whole Lotta Love”, a celebration of the mighty Led Zeppelin – returns to The Enmore Theatre on Thursday September 16th.
This is the 8th year we have presented the show, which began at The Basement in 2003 and sold out The Enmore in September 2009. Zeppelin have sold a staggering 200+ million albums worldwide and influenced generations of musicians and legions of fans, yet toured Australia only once in 1972.
This world class homage concert reinterprets and reworks some of the finest songs ever recorded, including ‘Black Dog’, ‘Rock and Roll’, ‘Immigrant Song’, ‘Battle Of Evermore’, ‘Kashmir’, the timeless ‘Stairway To Heaven’ and ‘Whole Lotta Love’, delivering over 2 1/2 hours of Zep magic, with big production and big screen visuals, in the perfect live venue.
A collection of superb guest vocalists, including JOHN SWAN (Swanee) DAVE GLEESON (Screaming Jets), STEVE BALBI (Noiseworks), NGAIIRE (Blue King Brown), SIMON MELI (The Widowbirds/Ooh La La) and ZKYE will join an exceptional powerhouse 12 piece band (with the ‘Sydney Lyric Strings’) under the creative direction of Joseph Calderazzo, to bring it on home.
